How long will it take for me to get my package?

3-10 days depending on your location

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we do, Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, although there will be additional shipping charges for outside North America.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by VISA, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX. We also accept payments through PayPal and Apple Pay.

When will I receive an email response?

We respond to emails Mon-Fri 8am-5pm est. You will receive a response within 24hrs. If you email us Saturday or Sunday you will receive a response Monday.
